He is cute, he is attractive and he is the ultimate teenage crush.  He can act, make a lasting impression and damn he can make you fall in love with him on screen.  But you might not remember him as vividly from his movies as his screen time is a bit limited.  Rohit Saraf, or better known as Alia Bhatt’s younger brother Kiddo from Dear Zindagi, is a powerhouse of talent.

This 22-year-old actor hasn’t appeared in many films and has only a handful of films to his credit, but his performance has been noteworthy in every single one of them.  From a supportive brother in Dear Zindagi to an egoistic, envious and a student looking for acceptance from his teacher in Hichki, Saraf has justified all the roles he has done, and have left a mark that cannot be ignored.

His Instagram posts can make any girl swoon over him.  His chocolate looks, innocent face and expressive eyes complement his acting abilities and predict the success he is bound to achieve in this industry.  Usually seen as a supporting cast in big stars movies, Saraf also acted in a Norwegian film, What Will People Say.  The movie was selected as Norway’s official entry in the 91st Academy Awards.  The film was applauded by the critics at 42nd Toronto international film festival, along with his performance.

An active user on social media, Saraf keeps his fans engaged in his life via his posts and stories on Instagram.  He is the boy-next-door and his friendship with actor Rohan Shah is depicted through them.  Although the industry is a bit harsh and typecast performers, Saraf indicates the capability of breaking out of the mould of the supporting brother or friend and become the next big leading actor of Bollywood.

Having acted alongside stars like Alia Bhatt, Rani Mukherji and currently working with Priyanka Chopra, Saraf promises a bright future in Bollywood.  Hopefully the industry would be kind enough to recognize his talent and not just see him as the obvious friend or brother.  His next project is The Sky is Pink with Chopra, Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim and we cannot just wait to see him deliver yet another stellar performance, because now its his time to shine.
